SHIPPING POLICY

Free Standard Shipping

When an order qualifies for free standard shipping, the least expensive Australia Post option will be chosen, in some cases this may be express shipping.

 

Order Processing

Items on our website are available and ready to ship within
3 business days unless otherwise stated. For most orders we do make for order. We process & ship orders on Monday through Friday, excluding holidays when the Australia Post is closed. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed on the next business day (Mon-Fri) and then shipped.

Items that are not ready to ship will be processed as indicated in the item listing and then shipped on the next shipping date.

Orders are shipped via Australia unless otherwise stated.
Tracking information, when applicable, will be provided.

If you need your order expedited, please contact us prior to
placing your order so we can discuss alternative shipping options.

Extreme Temperatures

Soy wax is sensitive to extreme hot or cold temperatures,
and we take this into consideration when determining ship dates. Your shipment
may be delayed during extreme weather conditions. 

Damaged in Transit

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to send photos of the package and damaged items.
These photos will be required for us to file a claim with the Australia Post. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items until we have confirmed if the shipping carrier will need to pick them up.

Items that are damaged during shipping will be replaced or refunded by jon & co candles at no additional cost. If the item is no longer available, you will have the option of selecting a comparable item or a refund for the item(s) that are unusable.

 Shipping Promotions

The least expensive shipping option will be utilised, regardless of what is selected at check out, for orders using a free shipping promotion or discount. 

Eco-Friendly Shipping

We make a conscious effort to use eco-friendly packing materials when feasible. To wrap candles, we use a die-cut kraft paper with a tissue interleaf. For box fillers we use kraft paper or packing peanuts that dissolve in water. Depending on how far we have to ship, we sometimes will use bubble wrap.

 

Special Orders and Wholesale Orders

These provisions do not apply to special orders and wholesale transactions. Special orders and wholesale transactions are subject to the terms of the individual contract. 

Wholesale and special orders are not eligible for any other shipping offers or promotions unless specifically stated.
